What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Myrtle Beach and serve the Grand Strand and nearby areas (typically within ~60 miles). For projects farther out, we can travel—just ask and we’ll include mileage in the quote.
How fast is your turnaround?
Standard photo/video is usually delivered in 24–48 hours. Orthomosaics and 3D models depend on site size; most small sites are 48–72 hours. Tight deadline? We can prioritize for a rush fee.
Are you insured and FAA-certified?
Yes. Flights are operated by an FAA Part 107 pilot with liability insurance. We follow airspace and safety rules for every mission.
Can you fly near airports or in controlled airspace?
Often, yes—with prior authorization. Some locations require LAANC approval or waivers. Share the address and we’ll confirm feasibility and lead time.
What deliverables do I get and how are they delivered?
We deliver a secure project link with the files you selected—photos (JPG), video (MP4), orthomosaics (GeoTIFF/PNG), and 3D models (OBJ/PLY + viewer link). You can download or share directly.
Are your maps and models “survey-grade”?
No. Our mapping is for planning, documentation, and marketing. It is not a legal land survey. If you need survey-grade accuracy or boundary determination, please engage a licensed surveyor. We can coordinate with your surveyor as needed.
Can I take measurements in the 3D model?
Yes for approximate measurements within the viewer. If you require certified measurements, consult a licensed surveyor. We can export formats compatible with your team’s tools.
What about weather and rescheduling?
Safety first. High winds, rain, or poor visibility may require rescheduling. We watch forecasts and coordinate with you. Weather holds are free; rush returns may incur a fee if the schedule is tight.
Do I need to be on-site?
Not always. If we have safe access and clear scope, we can fly without you. For gated sites or interior access, please arrange entry or provide a site contact.
How do you price projects?
Pricing depends on scope (photos/video vs. mapping), site size, travel, and add-ons. Use the Price Calculator for a quick estimate or request a custom quote.
Can you brand deliverables with my logo or colors?
Yes—watermarks, branded frames, and viewer embeds are available. Share your brand kit and we’ll bake it into the outputs.
